Turn a lemon into lemonade by following these three steps:
1 Qualify
- Did you buy your car brand new or a used vehicle still covered under the manufacturer’s warranty?
- Did you have to take it back to the dealership for multiple repair attempts for the same problem?
- Did the dealership take too much time repairing your vehicle?
If the answer is “yes” to these questions, you may have a claim that we can help you with.

What is the Lemon Law?
The Texas Lemon Law, along with State and Federal Warranty Laws, offer protection to consumers who have purchased defective automobiles, trucks, RV's (including travel trailers), and motorcycles. If you have taken your vehicle in for repair under warranty two or more times, you may have a lemon law and/or a breach of warranty claim.

Brad, thank you for helping me with my motorcycle case. When I started to experience problems with my 2012 Harley Davidson, I thought that would be the end of it. But as the months ticked by and more and more problems began to show up, I no longer felt safe riding the motorcycle around town, much less on the highway. After reviewing my claim you assured me that I had a case and you would do everything to help make this right. Even after I had traded out of the Harley Davidson to another manufacturer you helped me settle for monetary damages. Again, thank you very much for all that you have done. I speak very highly of you and your firm to my friends and family. I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone.
