Turn a lemon into lemonade by following these three steps:
1 Qualify
- Did you buy your car brand new or a used vehicle still covered under the manufacturer’s warranty?
- Did you have to take it back to the dealership for multiple repair attempts for the same problem?
- Did the dealership take too much time repairing your vehicle?
If the answer is “yes” to these questions, you may have a claim that we can help you with.
2 Learn

Mr. Riffe did get us some satisfaction from a vehicle which we purchased new (2015 Ford Explorer) that wouldn’t start repeatedly. After a little over a year we received a check from Mr. Riffe as a result of his services dealing wit Ford Motor Co. on our behalf under the “Lemon Law” whereas if we had (and we did at first) pushed forward on our own I believe we would still be dealing with Ford over this with no satisfaction. He was professional and curious in our dealings and we recommend his services to those who would need them. Mr. Riffe, we thank you for your help in this matter!
