Turn a lemon into lemonade by following these three steps:
1 Qualify
- Did you buy your car brand new or a used vehicle still covered under the manufacturer’s warranty?
- Did you have to take it back to the dealership for multiple repair attempts for the same problem?
- Did the dealership take too much time repairing your vehicle?
If the answer is “yes” to these questions, you may have a claim that we can help you with.

What is the Lemon Law?
The Texas Lemon Law, along with State and Federal Warranty Laws, offer protection to consumers who have purchased defective automobiles, trucks, RV's (including travel trailers), and motorcycles. If you have taken your vehicle in for repair under warranty two or more times, you may have a lemon law and/or a breach of warranty claim.
Learn moreBrad Riffe of the Riffe Law Firm represented me on my 2015 Nissan Armada. I had great problems with the Armada from the time that I bought it. I looked into the Lemon Law policy in Texas and found out that I had a case. I found Brad on the internet and had him checked out from a 22- year retired judge from Oklahoma. The findings from my retired judge friend showed that Brad was a great lawyer and had a great reputation. Brad was very professional through the whole process but also very personal. He always responded to my phone calls with a timely response. He was very patient with me and understanding of my lack of knowledge of the process. My Nissan was bought back from the Nissan Corporation. My total loan was paid off and I was also reimbursed for what I had paid in through the year minus a mileage fee.
I did not have to pay Brad Riffe or the law firm a dime for their services. I repeat I did not have to pay any amount of money to Brad Riffe or the Riffe Law Firm for their services. This was in the contract that I signed from the beginning.
I was very pleased with Brad and the Riffe Law Firm for the amazing job that they did for me. I would recommend Brad and the Riffe Law Firm to anyone needing help in any aspect of legal matters.

I'm very grateful to Brad. When I came to him with my car situation, I was turned down by others as nobody thought I had a case. He took it upon himself and was very upfront about what are the possible outcomes, but that he would do his best to ensure a positive outcome for me. And it was. I'm grateful for his service and for letting me feel confident that I was not alone in this.
