Think you might have a case?

Turn a lemon into lemonade by following these three steps:

1 Qualify

  1. Did you buy your car brand new or a used vehicle still covered under the manufacturer’s warranty?
  2. Did you have to take it back to the dealership for multiple repair attempts for the same problem?
  3. Did the dealership take too much time repairing your vehicle?

If the answer is “yes” to these questions, you may have a claim that we can help you with.

2 Learn

To find out more, read the FAQ and “Do I Have a Valid Claim?” pages in our Information section. There you will learn more about the Texas & Alabama Lemon Laws, the DTPA, and the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. This information will save you valuable time and will help you get a full understanding of your rights as a consumer.

3 Evaluate

Once you’ve determined that you might have a case, complete the Case Evaluation Form. Once we receive your submission, we'll contact you to review and evaluate your claim.

What is the Lemon Law?

The Texas Lemon Law, along with State and Federal Warranty Laws, offer protection to consumers who have purchased defective automobiles, trucks, RV's (including travel trailers), and motorcycles. If you have taken your vehicle in for repair under warranty two or more times, you may have a lemon law and/or a breach of warranty claim.

Brad made my lemon law case easy to understand. He made this process easy for me and my wife to follow. When we had questions, he was always open with his answers and most importantly quick to respond. I do hope that I won’t be needing his services in the future, but if ever we have this problem again, Brad is the only one I would trust to handle our case.
